Winter, 1971.  The post newspaper office of an Army base in Texas, filled with soldiers who cope with the possibility of being sent overseas, into action, any day -- and then a film star arrives to protest the war. 

GableStage presents a Reading on Monday, August 27 @ 7:30 PM, of the new play

STANDING AT THE GATES OF JANUS
by Tony Finstrom, directed by Stuart Meltzer, and featuring  Nicholas Duckardt, Matthew Glass, David Hemphill, Sheaun McKinney, Johnny Mineo, James S. Randolph and Dusty St. Amand.

The play contains strong language, and the performance will be followed by a talkback with the playwright, director & actors.

Admission is free.  No reservations required.
