SMT TO OPEN SINGLE TICKETS SALES MONDAY
Daytona Beach, FL - Seaside Music Theater (SMT) opens up its single ticket sales for its 30th Anniversary Summer 2006 Season on Monday, May 22 in its brand new location within the News-Journal Center at 221 N. Beach Street. Though tickets can also be ordered by phone by calling 386-252-6200, ticket buyers may want to take this opportunity to visit the new Center and check out the beautiful interior and magnificent view of the Halifax River!
This is a very special season for the region's ONLY professional theater, as the company celebrates 30 years of bringing a little bit of Broadway and more to the Greater Daytona Beach area. In honor of this anniversary, the 2006 Summer Season's repertoire of shows reflects SMT's original mission – to bring to the Daytona Beach community the finest in musical theater, operas, dramas, lost American musicals, new works and children's productions. With all the excitement of a 30th year celebration, a fabulous new performance venue, AND six musicals chosen to reflect the incomparable professionalism, talent, and artistry of Seaside Music Theater, SMT's Summer 2006 Season will be a celebration all of Central Florida will want to take part in!

Beach St. Adult subscriptions are $155, college student subscriptions (w/student I.D.) are $95, and youth subscriptions (under 18) are $70. Single tickets range from $20 - $45, with youth tickets priced at $20 and college student tickets priced at $22. A Year with Frog and Toad tickets are $9 per child and $12 per adult.

Valet Parking for the News-Journal Center is available on show dates for $10 a car. Parking is also available at the Volusia County Administration Building across the street, along Beach Street, or in the lot behind the Beach Street shops.
