Missing Glass Slipper in the River District

Florida Repertory Theatre  announced the January 31st opening of Cinderella Confidential in its popular Lunchbox Theatre Series.

Sponsored by Pamela Templeton & Fort Myers Toyota "The Family Store," the theatre series for children and families brings theatre to life every Saturday morning through April 11 in the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in the Fort Myers River District.

Cinderella Confidential is a funny play that tells the TRUE story of the classic fairy tale, Cinderella. In Cinderella Confidential audiences follow journalists, Deb Jabber and Sonny Glamour as they compete for the inside scoop on the mysterious One-Shoed Woman. Full of laughs and some of most colorful characters in the Fairy Tale Kingdom, this comic fairy tale turns Cinderella on its ear.

They are a group of four young artists making their professional debuts in Southwest Florida, and will also be featured on the Arcade Stage as the season progresses.

Tickets to Lunchbox Theatre are $12, and admission includes the performance, a boxed lunch provided by Jason's Deli and an interactive workshop with the cast. Tickets are available online at www.floridarep.org and through Florida Rep's box office at 239-332-4488. Please do not call the Art Center for for ticket information.

Cinderella Confidential plays on January 31, February 7, 14 and April 4.
