in the Broward County Main Library

Broward County's Cultural Organizations 

The Broward County Cultural Division invites residents and visitors to the Cultural Information Center (CIC), first floor, Broward County Main Library, 100 S. Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, to browse an eclectic selection of gift ideas for friends, family and visitors for the holiday season. Precious and unique cultural representations of South Florida may be great gifts for those on your holiday giving list.           

Located in the heart of the arts and entertainment district in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the CIC offers a selection of cultural merchandise including hats, t-shirts, and ornaments. The gift shop also offers signature merchandise from arts organizations:- calendars; umbrellas; books; posters; CDs and free gift wrapping too.           

This cultural gift shop is designed to serve the public by sharing cultural information through a variety of formats including; Cultural Concierge's dispensing personalized information; online ticketing event information and same day-half-price tickets(www.culturalconnection.org); an electronic calendar listing the current week's events; a brochure rack for cultural organizations' season guides and brochures.           

Proceeds from items purchased at the CIC are donated to the arts organizations in Broward County. Give the gift that gives back!
