The restoration and renovation of the Miracle Theatre was the catalyst in the revitalization of downtown Coral Gables, a community with leading restaurants, art galleries, and retail boutiques. Stein is proud of the $7,000,000 capital project, which was completed on time and debt free. In October 2006, the book, The Miracle on the Mile will be unveiled commemorating the great community of supporters who financed and backed with the capital project.
