October 20 – 22 Off Broadway on Center. The Googlewhack! Adventure. British comic monologist Dave Gorman is perhaps one of the most interesting characters you'll ever meet. Driven by a lust for life & a desperate desire to do anything but his job, Gorman took a wild ride across the globe searching for 10 Googlewhacks, motivated by a bet & the fact that he himself was a Googlewhack. Perhaps you've heard of a Googlewhack. If not, it's a pair of otherwise unconnected words that, when entered into the Google search engine returns with a single website hit in the whole world wide web. The owner of the website is also a Googlewhack. Googlewhacks are not easy to find, but it's easy to waste plenty of time looking for them - as Dave Gorman well knows. But he also gathers a hilarious set of stories about the people & exploits he encountered along the way. The truth becomes unbelievable as Gorman darts around the stage luring you into his outlandish world, tale by tale. The last show by this award-winning writer & humorist has been sold-out in Australia, the UK & New York City. Gorman has toured extensively & performed at the major international comedy festival including Montreal, Aspen, Edinburgh & Melbourne.
