Actors' Playhouse Musical Theatre to Present MADELINE'S CHRISTMAS, Now thru 12/22

Actors' Playhouse Musical Theatre for Young Audiences presents Madeline's Christmas, now through December 22, 2013.

This holiday favorite begins with the classic storybook line, "In an old house in Paris that was covered with vines lived twelve little girls in two straight lines." From there, the day begins like any other day for the girls and their caretaker Miss Clavel, but soon ends in disaster when everyone except Madeline gets the flu. Saddened that they may not be able to go home for Christmas, the girls and Miss Clavel take to their beds. Can Madeline save the day for everyone with the assistance of a mysterious Rug Merchant? Join Madeline and her friends live on stage at the Miracle Theatre to find out how and discover a little holiday magic for yourself.

TIMES: Saturdays at 2 p.m. Special holiday performances on Saturday, December 21 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 22 at 3 p.m. "All Kids Included" Sensory-Friendly Performance on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. Select weekday performances at 10 a.m. for pre-arranged fieldtrips through our Education Department.

ADMISSION: Tickets are $23 for adults and children. Group rates are available for 15 people or more. Birthday parties are welcome.

NEIGHBORS 4 NEIGHBORS OPERATION ELF TOY DRIVE: This holiday season, Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre will collect donations for the Neighbors 4 Neighbors Adopt-A-Family 4 the Holidays Program. To encourage the Spirit of Giving during the theatre's production of Madeline's Christmas, Actors' Playhouse will give every child who brings a new, unwrapped toy to donate during a performance, one free Flexible Anytime Ticket good for any remaining show in the Musical Theatre for Young Audiences 2013-2014 Season. Last day to donate toys will be on Saturday, December 7. All donations will be delivered that evening to Neighbors 4 Neighbors for distribution to families in need.
