This March South Florida residents will have a chance to experience the legendary music of Frankie Valli & The 4 Seasons live in concert with one of the group's former members. Charles Calello, a local Boca Raton resident and associate conductor for the Florida Sunshine Pops, will lead the orchestra and four dynamic singers in a tribute to the group that helped launch his career.

Calello's work as an arranger with The 4 Seasons in the early 60s helped spawn a chain of hit records that catapulted the group to stardom and created a sound that is still unique and popular today. In 1965/66 Calello actually replaced Nick Massi and toured with The Four Seasons, but throughout that period, he also arranged and produced several other hit records which included "The Name Game" with Shirley Ellis, "Blue Navy Blue" with Diane Renay, "A Lover's Concerto" with the Toys and "Lightnin' Strikes" with Lou christie. Calello has recorded more Top 10 Hits than any other arranger, 15 of which received Grammy nominations. With a discography that includes over 100 "Billboard" chart records, he is regarded as one of the greatest arrangers of our time, and in October 2000 was honored for his talent and artistic contributions with an induction into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
