El hoyo presents a thought-provoking exploration of human existence through the eyes of three characters grappling with the void of an all-consuming pit. As Mut and Goupi navigate their desolate reality, their lack of connection becomes a backdrop for both hope and despair, further complicated by the arrival of Skit. Directed by Fernando Bueno and featuring performances by Jazmín Tirzo, Bernardo Benítez, and Marco Arturo Valencia, the play invites audiences to reflect on the absurdity of life and their own place within it. The minimalistic staging and existential themes challenge viewers to confront their inner abyss in a world filled with uncertainty.
