Sidney Bruhl is a once successful Broadway writer who would kill to be back at the top of his game. He’s struggling to overcome a dry spell that’s left him with a string of failures and a shortage of funds when he receives a script from one of his students that has potential to be a huge hit. Sidney and his wife convince the young man to collaborate and he eagerly accepts.
