The Orpheum Theatre Presents New Movie Series, 'Pat's Picks'

Due to the overwhelming success of the Orpheum's Summer Movie Series, the Orpheum Theatre announced that it will present Pat's Picks: an additional 5-film series of classic movies hand-picked by Orpheum President and CEO Pat Halloran.
"The Orpheum is Downtown's only movie venue, so we want to continue to offer the community memorable classics when we are not hosting other events," said Orpheum President and CEO Pat Halloran. "For this new series, I wanted to share a few of my own personal favorites with our audiences."
The Orpheum Theatre welcomed over 12,000 patrons to its 2013 Summer Movie Series where Downtown residents and Mid-Southerners alike enjoy the Orpheum as the neighborhood's only alternative movie-house. As a means of showing the theatre's appreciation to its many supporters and movie-goers, the Orpheum Theatre and Movie Series sponsor Orion Federal Credit Union will partner once again to present Pat's Picks:

Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, August 13. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children under 12. King Kong will have a special classic movie ticket price of just 50 Cents per person. Tickets can be purchased online at the official Orpheum Theatre website,www.orpheum-memphis.com, The Orpheum Box Office (901.525.3000), the ticket counter at The Booksellers at Laurelwood, and all Ticketmaster centers (901.743.ARTS).
