The Circuit Playhouse, Inc., parent company to The Circuit Playhouse, TheatreWorks, and Playhouse on the Square in celebration of 50 years in operation, proudly release their 2019-2020 performance calendar!

The much anticipated 51st season is as follows:

  • The Humans (RP) The Circuit Playhouse August 23 - September 8, 2019
  • On Golden Pond Playhouse on the Square September 20 - October 6, 2019
  • Head Over Heels (RP) The Circuit Playhouse October 4 - October 27, 2019
  • Peter Pan Playhouse on the Square November 15 - December 29
  • Junie B. Jones: The Musical The Circuit Playhouse November 22 - December 22, 2019
  • The 12 Dates of Christmas (RP) The Memphian Room @ The Circuit Playhouse November 29 - December 22, 2019
  • When We Get Good Again (WP POTS@TheWorks Series TheatreWorks at The Square January 10 - January 26, 2020
  • Memphis Playhouse on the Square January 17 - February 8, 2020
  • Indecent (RP) The Circuit Playhouse January 24 - February 16, 2020
  • The Book of Will (RP) Playhouse on the Square March 6 - March 22, 2020
  • Schoolhouse Rock, Live! The Circuit Playhouse March 14 - April 4, 2020
  • Ain't Misbehavin' The Circuit Playhouse March 14 - April 5, 2020
  • Little Shop of Horrors Playhouse on the Square May 1 - May 24, 2020
  • Days of Rage (RP) The Circuit Playhouse April 17 - May 10, 2020
  • Something Rotten (RP) Playhouse on the Square June 19 - July 12, 2020
  • Mississippi Goddamn (RP) The Circuit Playhouse June 5 - June 28, 2020
  • St. Paulie's Delight (WP) POTS@TheWorks Series TheatreWorks at the Square July 10 - July 26th

*(RP) denotes performances that are Regional Premieres, (WP) denotes World Premiere performances.

In addition to a jam packed season, Playhouse on the Square will host it's annual Fundraisers The Great Wine Performances - August 13, 2019 and The 43rd Original Art Auction - April 25, 2020.
