Alicia Kelly & John Boehr to Star in SOUTH PACIFIC at Roxy Regional Theatre, 7/12-8/17

Powerhouse vocalists John Boehr and Alicia Kelly have joined the cast of Rodgers & Hammerstein's SOUTH PACIFIC at the Roxy Regional Theatre, July 12 through August 17.

Recently off of runs as Velma in Chicago with Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas and as Marty in the national tour of Grease, Kelly is a veteran of the Roxy stage, having previously appeared in A Streetcar Named Desire (Blanche), RENT (Maureen) and CATS (Grizabella), among others.

American barihunk John Boehr, who will be making his Roxy Regional Theatre debut this season, recently performed as Schaunard in La Bohème with the Fort Worth Opera and as Morales in Carmen with the Dallas Opera.

SOUTH PACIFIC runs July 12 through August 17, playing Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, with a 2pm matinee on Saturday, July 20. Tickets are $25 (adults) and $15 (ages 13 and under) and may be purchased online at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org, by phone at (931)645-7699, or at the theatre during regular box office hours (9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, and one hour prior to curtain).
