Headlining our inaugural comedy show Monday Night Laughs, is Rizal Van Geyzel, known for his bold and unapologetic humor. He’s considered to be one of the OG’s in the comedy scene being the man responsible for co-founding the first comedy club in Malaysia The Crackhouse Comedy Club. Rizal’s humor explores topics like fatherhood, and being of mixed Malaysian heritage which makes him one of the most sought after comedian in the region

Also featured in this month’s show is one of the hardest working young comedian in the nation, Riezman Razlan. Born a third culture kid, he’s physically Malay but identifies as a child of the world. His candid storytelling, and thought provoking material have earned him a cult following.

And rounding out the line up for the August comedy show is the most mild mannered comedian in the scene, Sim Tong. he may appear as the most seasoned comedian but don’t let his grey hair fool you, Sim’s sharp wit and hilarious quips makes him a crowd favorite. He often tackles social issues, blending personal anecdotes with incisive commentary.

A big show like Monday Night Laughs deserves a big host to manage the big laugh energy. That’s where Malaysia’s biggest comedian comes in, Papi Zak. A veteran in the comedy scene, his energetic delivery and charismatic storytelling will leave the audience on the edge of their seats and begging for more laughs.
