MEN DON'T CRY is coming to Damansara Performing Arts Center in Malaysia from January 25th to 27th, 2019.
The story has three masters, Nelson Tan, Paul Chan and Bob Chi, who represent 40-year-old, 30-year-old, and 20-year-old men. They all work in the sales department of an insurance company. The performance of the three is always unsatisfactory and often scolded by the manager. However, even if they are thundering in the big days, they will always be able to face the coming of tomorrow with optimism. The three people in the company have become good brothers who support each other and live by each other.
The 45-year-old Nelson Tan is a kind, shy and solitary, and very tortoise diamond king. Mom often arranges different types of women's blind date for him, but always ends in failure. The eccentric Nelson Tan has been circling around to satisfy her mother's wishes and the lifestyle she wants, so that he should be "40 without confusion" and he often doubts the definition of life.
The 38-year-old Paul Chan has a superb face and has a twin son with his wife and lives in a high-end residential area. Paul Chan has been facing the cost of living in the mountains for many years, and his wife loves to swollen and fat, so that Paul Chan is overwhelmed by pressure. In the end, Paul Chan faced a family breakdown, so that he could not stand upright and completely collapse.
The 26-year-old Bob Chi is the youngest of the three and the most experienced in the workplace. In order to realize the dream of marrying a girlfriend before the age of 30, Bob tried his best to achieve the goal in the work. However, he was repeatedly beaten by the real environment and people. His enthusiasm was squandered, his dreams were shattered, and this great young man with a big dream was so frustrated.
The three men who were overwhelmed at the same time came to the most painful stage of men. How do they view the catastrophe of life in the bottom of their lives, and how to redefine the value of life for themselves?
