Patrick Dorow Productions' NUNSENSE Begins Today

Patrick Dorow Productions (PDP), the Seacoast's acclaimed, top-quality, live performance theater and education company, is thrilled to present Nunsense, winner of four Outer Critics Circle awards including Best off Broadway Musical. Running today, April 8, through April 24, 2016, at The Star Theatre in Kittery, Maine.

Nunsense runs Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 3pm & 8pm, and Sundays at 5pm. Limited reserved cabaret-style seating is available (includes 30" round table and seating for a maximum of four) $160-$180 per table. General admission: adult $33, senior $27, Student $20, children under 12, $15.

Nunsense is a hilarious talent show staged by five survivors at the Little Sisters of Hoboken nunnery. The rest of the sisters have succumbed to botulism after eating vichyssoise prepared by Sister Julia, Child of God. The remaining "Little Hobos" parade their talents at a variety show staged to raise funds so that the last four of the dearly departed can be buried. Starring local favorites: Cathy McKay as Mother Superior, Jennifer Henry, as Sister Robert Anne, Jess Miller, as Sister Amnesia, Elle Shaheen as the novice and *Amitra Fanae, fresh off her Smokey Joe's Café performance, as Sister Hubert, * Member of Actors' Equity Association.

PDP's MainStage series is sponsored by Olde Port Properties and Margaritas Mexican Restaurant. A members only VIP event will be held on the set of Nunsense April 7th 6:30-7:30pm.

Show dates/times: April 8, 2016 at 8pm, April 9, 2016 at 3pm and 8pm, April 10, 2016 at 5pm, April 15, 2016 at 8pm, April 16, 2016 at 3pm and 8pm, April 17, 2016 at 5pm, April 22, 2016 at 8pm, April 23, 2016 at 3pm and 8pm, April 24, 2016 at 5pm. Limited reserved cabaret-style seating is available (includes 30" round table and seating for a maximum of four) $160-$180 per table.

General Admission: Adult - $33 Senior- $27 Student- $0 Children under 12- $15 *Ticket prices do not include service/processing fees. Beer and wine will be available for purchase before the show and at intermission. Cash only, no credit cards. Note: There will be no bar service at Saturday matinee performances.
