Actress, singer, comedienne extraordinaire, Charis Leos has been delighting audiences as a character actress since she was a small child. The award-winning, critically acclaimed artist has performed over one hundred roles in more than twenty-eight leading regional theaters all around the country, but Maine holds a special place in her heart. She has been gracing stages in the state since 1997 when she made her debut in Das Barbecue at Portland Stage, and at Main State Music Theatre where she is a beloved company member, she has performed over twenty-seven different roles, just this past summer making her debut as Adelaide in Guys and Dolls. While in rehearsal for Grease at MSMT, Leos took time to talk about her career on video with Broadway World Maine editor, Carla Maria Verdino-Sullwold. The resulting mini-video is the fifth in the series, Theatre Miniatures, which also features Curt Dale Clark, Brian P. Allen, Raymond Marc Dumont, and Dustin Tucker. Watch here:
