Capital City Theatre is back with a show that will put a smile on the tired too-long-in-quarantine faces of theater goers. The World GoesRound is a musical review from the popular writing team of Kander and Ebb known for Cabaret, Chicago, and movie scores of Funny Lady and New York, New York. Its a celebration of life during tough times and the resiliency of the human race. Something we can all identify with right now. A cast of five characters will find love, have babies, drink coffee, roller skate and even play banjos while singing many familiar tunes including New York, New York, Maybe This Time, Cabaret, Mr Cellophane and the title song But the World GoesRound, sung by Liza Minelli in New York, New York.
