This March, Madison Ballet and the Overture Center present A Midsummer Night's Dream, a unique dance interpretation of William Shakespeare's fanciful comedy. Peter Anastos' choreography brings the classic play into new perspective. The score, which serves as a driving force throughout the ballet, was written by Felix Mendelssohn.

Tickets for A Midsummer Night's Dream range in price from $6-$45, and can be purchased online at www.overturecenter.com. A Midsummer Night's Dream opens Saturday, March 19 and runs through Sunday, March 20. The show is presented at Capitol Theater, and has a running time of two hours.

A Midsummer Night's Dream is the season finale for the Overture Center. Overture Center is home to ten resident arts organizations and includes seven performance venues, meeting spaces and art galleries. The Center hosts over 200 performances, exhibitions or events each year. For more information about the Overture Center, please visit www.overturecenter.com
