Bunbury Theatre presents THE WEIR - A Spooky Play Just in Time for Halloween!
In a rural bar in Ireland, four local men seek camaraderie inside on a windy night. They find themselves sharing stories with Valerie, a woman recently arrived from Dublin. The stories begin as curious bits of local lore tinged by the supernatural but grow increasingly personal, an acknowledgement of all in their lives that defies rational explanation.
A chilling, modern classic!
The Weir runs October 19-22 and 25-28 in the Henry Clay, 604 S Third St - where Chestnut crosses Third. Evening performances at 7:30. Matinee Oct 22 is 2 pm.
Written by Olivier award winning, Tony award nominated playwright Conor McPherson who is currently Sr Associate at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin. The Weir has been staged the world over.
For tickets go to TIX.com or set your browser to the Bunbury Theatre website. Or purchase tickets at the box office in the half hour before showtime.
