When Elwood P. Dowd introduces his best friend, a giant invisible rabbit named Harvey, to guests at a dinner party, his sister Veta has seen as much of his eccentric behavior as she can take...but the table turns when Veta is declared a lunatic instead of Elwood. Mary Chase received the Pulitzer Prize in Drama in 1945 for this clever classic comedy that has been delighting audiences for decades. "I wrestled with reality most of my life, and I'm happy to state that I finally won out over it."
