Mix glitz, Goth, and ghoulish glamour, add engagingly eccentric characters, wickedly wild performances, and 16 sensational songs accompanied by a live rock band, and you get the most exciting theatre concoction to hit Louisville this year with Pandora Productions' 2010 revival of The Rocky Horror Show. An off the charts hit during Pandora's 2009 season, Rocky is back by popular demand, bigger and bolder than before. So get ready to paint on the glitter, dig out the feather boas, and put on your highest platform shoes and run - do not walk - to the hottest, wildest theatre extravaganza you'll ever experience!

The Rocky Horror Show with book, music & lyrics by Richard O'Brien, is the madcap story of a seemingly ordinary, middle-class couple and their one unforgettable night at the castle of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a mad scientist from the planet Transexual. Lead characters Brad and Janet have arrived on a very special night, that of the creation of Dr. Furter's 'beautiful creature' Rocky, the Adonis humanoid created specifically for the release of the good doctor's 'tension'. What ensues has to be seen to be believed! A cult classic with non-stop, action-packed thrills and chills, The Rocky Horror Show features a bevy of unforgettable songs including "Dammit Janet," "Sweet Transvestite," "Whatever Happened To Saturday Night?" and the sing-along classic anthem, "The Time Warp". As Jeffrey Scott Holland of theatrelouisville.com enthusiastically raved, "Go see this show! It's wonderful fun, and it was hard not to get up and start dancing and singing with the cast, so infectious was its giddy joy...it's the perfect antidote to these downer times we live in."

The Rocky Horror Show is presented by Pandora Productions and generously sponsored by Nickers by Chris Avery, www.mynickerscom. At The Eifler Theatre at The Clifton Center, Thursday, October 28 through Sunday, October 31, 2010. Running time for each show is approximately 2 hours with intermission.
