Classical Crossover Group Simply Three Coming to The Kentucky Center

The Kentucky Center presents Simply Three on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 7 p.m. at The Kentucky Center - Bomhard Theater (501 W. Main St., Louisville, KY).

A classical crossover phenomenon, Simply Three is a musical trio comprised of Glen McDaniel, Nick Villalobos and Zack Clark. Since the group's formation in 2010, Simply Three has captivated audiences worldwide with electrifying performances that have earned them millions of YouTube viewers and redefined "instrumental music."

The band describes themselves as a "classically trained, pop influenced and string driven" group that performs a wide range of music spanning multiple genres, including works by Adele, Eurythmics, Michael Jackson and Gershwin.

Simply Three aims to revitalize string playing with their high-octane performances that combine musical pieces with innovative arrangements. Their work has been praised by acclaimed artists like One Republic and Janelle Monáe, and Maine Today described them as "highly imaginative and well played."
