Feature: CONCERT WITH THE STARS at The Lexington Theatre Company Recap

The starry CONCERT WITH THE STARS is an annual event for the LEXington Theatre company every year Broadway stars with connections to the theatre company come out to Lexington to help promote the new season of shows as well as work with broadway hopefuls from in and around Lexington. Thw concert took place on January 6th this past week. This year's guests included Tyler Hanes (Cats, A Chorus Line, The Boy From Oz), Jill Paice (An American in Paris, Matilda, and the upcoming Jerry Springer: The Opera), hometown hero Colton Ryan (Dear Evan Hansen), and Gabrielle Ruiz (TV's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, In the Heights).

The night went off without a hitch with personal highlights being Jill and Evan's performances, along with the Act 1 closer which was a medley of music from A CHORUS LINE, which will be the latter of the company's summer shows, to be directed by artistic director Lyndy Franklin-Smith. The other show of the summer season will be THE MUSIC MAN.
