Actors Theatre of Louisville announces Fifth Third Bank's Dracula Blood Drive in association with the American Red Cross, at Fifth Third Bank (Fourth Street Live) on Tuesday, September 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Support Actors Theatre and the Red Cross by helping us reach our goal of 25 donors. The event will include a drawing to win tickets to Dracula with a chance to meet some of the cast directly following the matinee performance. Lunch will be provided for all blood donors by Bearno's Pizza.
Experience the gothic story as you've never seen it before, with recently redesigned sets, costumes, lighting and sound-plus thrills and chills that will keep you on The Edge of your seat. Exclaimed "BLOOD-CURDLING ENTERTAINMENT" by The Courier Journal, Dracula is originally dramatized by Hamilton Deane and John L. Balderston from Bram Stoker's world-famous novel, Dracula and is adapted and directed by WilLiam McNulty. This is WilLiam McNulty's 13th consecutive year directing.
WilLiam McNulty's directing credits include: Educating Rita, Full Gallop, Seascape, The Lover, A Slight Ache, Dracula, Skylight and The Beauty Queen of Leenane. Other theatres with which he has worked are Washington's Arena Stage, The Public Theatre in New York City, B Street Theatre, Florida Stage and Moscow Art Theatre. Mr. McNulty is a 2007 recipient of the Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowship, one of three grants awarded annually in the Distinguished Artist category.
