Sounds and sweet airs that give delight and hurt not.” Prospero, the rightful Duke of Milan, now in exile on a deserted island, conjures a magical storm to wreak havoc on those who betrayed him, and when his daughter falls in love with one of the shipwrecked nobles, the past must be confronted and a new future must be contemplated. Romance, revenge, and raucous comedy combine in Shakespeare’s timeless tale of heartfelt reconciliation.
