Bring your family and friends to DTLA this summer for five electrifying concerts under the stars on Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center! Global music artists from Afro-Mexican rhythms to West African beats and Jazz Fusion bring the heat for The Music Center’s third annual low-cost outdoor concert series geared for the entire family. Grammy® winners Luciana Souza & Trio Corrente kick off the ticketed series in June, followed by L.A.’s homegrown band Las Cafeteras; Grammy®-winning singer Oumou Sangaré; Afro-Pop, Jazz and Soul band Olatuja; and the acclaimed Chief Adjuah (formerly known as Christian Scott) with a collective of L.A.’s favorite Jazz musicians. Each Summer SoundWaves concert brings diverse rhythms and flair to L.A. for an unparalleled experience that will light up the summer nights.
