Set inside a crisis hotline center, Stay On The Line documents a day in the life of a new volunteer named Brian who struggles through a 24-hour shift to prove he has the mind strength to become a phone counselor. Each gut-wrenching story he hears, brings him closer and closer to a new self awareness.
The critically acclaimed, Ovation nominated musical has been completely revised with an updated pop/rock score by Rob Hartmann and a new book by Scott Mlodzinski. Don’t miss the show hailed as having “the single most relevant message in recent musical theater history”.
This production is being dedicated to the memory of Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers student who took his life by jumping off the George Washington Bridge after being cyber-bullied.
Ages: Adult Audiences, small children not recommended. Adult Language, adult themes.
