Rodgers and Hammerstein's glorious score for the epic, Pulitzer Prize masterpiece, “South Pacific” comes to musical life on the Norris stage in a special In Concert presentation. With the thrill of a full orchestra on stage with the actors, and some script edits to maintain the pace of the story, the concert focuses on the beautiful music of this classic American masterwork, and includes such beloved songs as “Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair,” “Bali Hai,” and “You’ve Got To Be Carefully Taught.” This will be “Some Enchanted Evening to celebrate the legendary musical. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday.
