This 90s-jukebox cabaret is a darkly funny, razor-sharp exploration of a group of women confined to a mental hospital. Each one is dismissed by their misogynistic therapist as they attempt to reclaim their voices with the help of a passionate activist… and through music! Grunge, pop, R&B, and alt-rock anthems collide channeling iconic 90s hits into acts of rebellion, survival, and hard-won solidarity. The Unknown Artists have been a staple of the Hollywood Fringe Festival since 2016, bringing memorable productions to the stage.
