An entire cabaret, made up on the spot? Who does that?!"
A man, a band, completely unplanned.
Television and Broadway veteran Jason Kravits pulls off one of the most hilarious, spontaneous, precarious evenings of cabaret you're likely to see – for one night only. Backed by the most daring band in the business, Kravits invents an entire life story in song —music, lyrics, stories, characters— completely from scratch, based solely on audience suggestions. Every song, every story, every moment of OFF the TOP! is entirely made up, based on audience suggestions.
It’s the show of a lifetime. Every time.
The highly-acclaimed evening of improvised music and comedy kicks off its 2018 World Tour at The Duplex in NYC, before heading off to shows in Los Angeles, London, Washington, D.C. and Adelaide, Australia. Winner of a 2017 Bistro Award for musical comedy, the show has been featured twice on Sandra Bernhard’s SiriusXM show “Sandyland Live” as well as Slate.com podcast “The Gist with Mike Pesca.” Last year, the show played to sold-out audiences at The 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where guest performers included ‘Whose Line’s’ Mike McShane and recording artist Michelle Shocked.
