OBCTheater brings MAN OF LA MANCHA to Corona with outstanding cast

OBCTheater brings the inspiring, deeply resonating musical theater production of MAN OF LA MANCHA to Corona spearheaded by powerhouse JASON WEBB in the role of Miguel de Cervantes/Don Quixote.    The musical runs January 27th – February 5th, 2023 at the Historic Civic Center Theater in Corona.  

The cast includes Amanda Kalkanis as Aldonza, Wyatt Buckle as Sancho, Jamie Snyder as the Governor/Innkeeper, Robert Hoyt as the Padre, Scott McDermott as Duke/Dr. Carrasco, Adam Granados as the Barber, Hunter Amador as Antonia, Meredith Bolthouse as the Housekeeper and Pierre Van der Westhuzien as Pedro. 

Completing the cast are Alex Keane, Nathanial Vogel, Kellen Ford, Jacob Webb, Shawn Hart, Ali Naim, Tiffanie Levin, Tania Nelson, Alycia Thomas, Ashley Gallo,  

One of the most honored musicals of the American theater, Man of La Mancha was inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’ 17th Century masterpiece, Don Quixote. Winner of five Tony Awards®, including best musical, Man of La Mancha is a powerful, funny, and heartbreaking musical celebrating the perseverance of one man who refuses to relinquish his ideals, and who is determined to see life “not as it is, but as it ought to be.

Prepare to be captivated by the show’s score and book, a treasure trove of some of musical theater’s greatest songs, including “Impossible Dream,” “Dulcinea,” “It’s All the Same” and the ever rousing “Man of La Mancha” with its thrilling, triumphant refrain.
