L.A. Dance Project presents an innovative adaptation of Prokofiev’s Romeo & Juliet Suite, choreographed by Benjamin Millepied. This contemporary interpretation reimagines Shakespeare's classic tragedy in an urban setting, exploring the societal barriers that inhibit love. Each performance features a rotating cast of dancers, mixing gender roles in a unique celebration of romance. The production incorporates live film elements, bringing audiences into both the theater and backstage, enhancing the overall experience.
