Jane Austen in 89 Minutes is a new comedy where a lively cast of characters brings all six of Austen's novels to life with humor and modern commentary. Set in a unique blend of the present day and Regency Era England, the narrative features Austen herself attempting to control her spirited creations. Directed and written by Syrie James, the production stars Todd Andrew Ball, Alison Blanchard, Steven G. Frankenfield, Shayna Gabrielle, among others. The show runs at Theatre Forty from September 20 to October 13, 2024.
