Bistro award and MAC Hanson award-winning vocalist Lucille Carr-Kaffashan opens her new cabaret show "How The Light Gets In" at Don't Tell Mama on April 27th, 2019. The show features the songs of male singer-songwriters who give voice to the experiences and feelings that men in our culture are typically discouraged from expressing. Songs by outstanding artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Leonard Cohen, Darius Rucker, John Legend and others are featured. Lucille is joined by Music Director Jeff Cubeta on piano, Sean Harkness on guitar, and Matt Scharfglass on Bass. David Hilder directs. There are two performances, on Saturday April 27 at 7 pm, and on Thursday, May 2 at 7 pm.
