Under the artistic direction of flamenco artist and dancer Maria Bermudez, Fiesta de la Bulera presents an exciting and unprecedented flamenco performance in Los Angeles, allowing American audiences to enjoy the legendary event recognized as one of the most important flamenco festivals in all of Spain.Showcasing 15 stellar artists (singers, musicians, dancers), direct from the birthplace of flamenco, Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, the program features dancer extraordinaire Joaquin Grilo; powerful singers Jesus Mendez, Remedios Amaya, Pel De los Reyes (Navajita Plate), and Antonio Malena; master guitarists, Diego Del Morao, Antonio Rey, and Manuel Parrilla; and violinist Bernardo Parrilla. This international lineup is the first of its kind to perform at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Audiences will be transported to Spain to witness a genuine flamenco performance charged with passion, elegance, and majestic interludes that will undoubtedly create an unforgettable evening for all.
