Debra Ehrhardt possesses a rare ability to mesmerize!” raves the Washington Post. Reviewplays.com calls her “a terrific story-teller!” Audiences have adored her in her critically acclaimed Jamaica, Farewell, and now she’s back for one night only with her new show, Cock Tales: Shame on Me!
When her husband heard the name of her new show, he almost lost his mind. “When I began writing Cock Tales, I thought I was writing about sex. But, I soon came to realize that sex is an entirely different subject,” says Ehrhardt, whose colorful history of a lifetime of encounters with a world full of testosterone-fueled gentlemen, and not-so-gentle men, has given her plenty of source material from which to create a memorable evening of theater – much to her husband’s light-hearted chagrin.
Helmed by renowned director Joel Zwick (My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Fat Albert).. Proceeds support the Santa Monica Playhouse Benefit Campaign.
One night only. 310-394-9779 x1. “A must see!” Jamaicans.com
