West Coast Premiere of Angela Gant's SOCIAL DARWINISM Opens Friday at Loft Ensemble

LOFT ENSEMBLE presents the West Coast Premiere of SOCIAL DARWINISM by Angela Gant, presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc. Performances begin September 30th.

Social Darwinism is a socio-political absurdist comedy that follows a familial group as they move through several different social classes as viewed by a Field Scientist and his Assistant.

The Cast includes: Tor Brown, Graciela Campos, Lara Cmigoj, Martha Constantine, Tyler Fairbank, Shaina Krashin, James Lamb, Sydney Lloyd, Danielle Power, Jefferson Reid, and Devan Shoelen.

Playwright Angela Gant will travel to LA from NYC to attend the performances of October 7th and 8th and will join the cast and crew for a talkback following both performances. All are welcome to join us to meet Ms Gant and discuss the play and its themes, as well as Ms Gant's experiences and process as a playwright.
