Viola Davis And Julius Tennon's JuVee Productions To Support 5th Annual C&C Teen Hollywood Film Festival

The C&C Teen Hollywood Film Festival is thrilled to announce Tichina Arnold (The Neighborhood, Everybody Hates Chris) as the Keynote Speaker and Spence Moore II (A.P. Bio, 13 Reasons Why) as the Host for the festival's 5th edition. Viola Davis and Julius Tennon of JuVee Productions will be returning as sponsors and continuing their mission to champion artist driven content for the next generation. The festival, which is founded and run by teens for teens, will hold its annual Screening and Awards Gala on Saturday, November 10th at Raleigh Studios' Chaplin Theatre.

Carson Bennett and Carrington Bennett, both 19, created the festival five years ago in order to provide young entrepreneurs between the ages of 13-19 an opportunity to hone their skills while also forming the discipline to see an idea to fruition. This year, the festival will be introducing multiple, exclusive panels and mixers sponsored by Canon Burbank, Productive Candy Entertainment, Power & Purpose Productions, and City Club LA beginning on November 7th that will run through the week. The special events will give the participants an opportunity to meet and build relationships with industry executives, learn more about the transition from aspiring teenager to a working professional in Hollywood, and inspire their already reputable talent. Dalton Cyr from PRETTY LITTLE LIARS will also be coming back as the festival's featured performer.

This event will be open to the public featuring a panel made up of professional filmmakers and industry guests. Appetizers will be served and parking will be validated.

Productive Candy Entertainment and City Club LA's Industry Mixer

Thursday, November 8th - Invitation only

An industry mixer for previous C&C filmmakers who have gone off to college or to pursue their dreams. This mixer will put them in THE ROOM with industry execs so they can mingle and hopefully build relationships that will benefit them.

Canon Burbank's Filmmakers Welcome Reception - Friday, November 9th from 7-9pm

Power & Purpose Productions' Teen Social Conscious Panel Discussion & Screening - Saturday, November 10th from 11:00am-12:30pm

Teens will discuss issues pertaining to Drugs, Abuse, Police Brutality, and more and then see the world premiere screening of 'Mama's Song.'

C&C Concert, World Premiere Screenings, Awards Gala - Saturday, November 10th

Red Carpet, Reception, Concert will be from 12:30-2pm | Screenings & Gala will begin at 2pm

The last day of the festival will begin with a concert showcasing past and invited talent, a red carpet, world premiere screenings, and conclude with the annual Awards Gala celebrating the best of C&C's teen filmmakers
