VERNISSAGE Hosts First Annual VOICES4FREEDOM Charity Benefit, 9/27

On Wednesday, September 27th, VERNISSAGE and Debbi DiMaggio will be hosting the Voices4Freedom Charity Evening Benefit. The event will take place in the Hideout, the outdoor garden of the W Hotel in West Beverly Hills (930 Hilgard Ave), part of the STK group, from 6:00-9:00 PM.

VOICES4FREEDOM is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to bringing education to enslaved, remote regions of the world. The goal of the evening is to free entire villages of 200-300 people from bonded slavery in India. The amount needed for each village is $36,000, which provides children with a school, teachers, and educational resources to free them and their families from a life of slavery and brick-making. The intention is to free as many villages as possible by the end of the evening.

The event will be hosted by Debbi DiMaggio, luxury realtor, philanthropist, and relative of Joe DiMaggio. The event will be produced by Vernissage, an arts concierge firm based in Los Angeles, CA.

On display and for sale will be donated fine-art photography by photojournalist and story-teller, Ian Bailey. In addition, there will be Virtual Reality footage shot by Bailey for guests to experience life in these Indian villages. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine and Gambino Prosecco, hors d'oeurves, and desserts.

The Voices4Freedom Charity Benefit Evening is brought to you by SUVMe, Debbi DiMaggio, Ian Bailey Photography, Gambino Prosecco, Engel & Volkers, and CryoZone. Tickets are $50 and tax exempt additional donations will be accepted prior to and during the event. There will be Raffle Tickets available for $20 each, which can provide guests with a variety of prizes, including a large scale oil on canvas by LA-based artist Danny Minnick and a spa/wellness package.
