Tracie Thoms, Skylar Astin, Justin Long and More Set for 24 Hour Plays in Los Angeles

Last night at the Montblanc Rodeo Drive Boutique in Los Angeles, Montblanc and Urban Arts Partnership announced the cast of the third annual and highly anticipated return of The 24 Hour Plays in Los Angeles, taking place on June 22nd at the Broad Stage. President and CEO of Montblanc North America, Jan Patrick Schmitz, and Urban Arts Partnership Artistic Board Chair Rosie Perez, announced the lineup of highly esteemed actors including Lizzy Caplan, Brooklyn Decker, Seth Green, Melanie Griffith, Gillian Jacobs and Justin Long.

Early Wednesday morning, Jan Patrick Schmitz and Rosie Perez were joined by Urban Arts Partnership board members Tracie Thomsand Diane Neal, as well as actor Michael Ealy to serve as the judging panel for the first annual Montblanc Writers Auditioners Project. Montblanc collaborated with The 24 Hour Company and Urban Arts Partnership for this project, which provided 18 young aspiring actors a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to act in one of the six plays. Montblanc, The 24 Hour Company and Urban Arts Partnership are proud to announce that both Emanuel De Los Santos (16 years old) and Cedeshea Oliver (17 years old) will be joining this year's cast.

This June, Hollywood's finest will join forces to participate in this one-night-only live performance, produced by Kevin Chinoy and Francesca Silvestri of the Freestyle Picture Company and the 24 Hour Company. The entire creative process, from writing to directing and performing will take place in just 24 hours. Former participants of the "Plays" include Jennifer Aniston, Ashton Kutcher, Scarlett Johansson, Megan Fox, Demi Moore, Chris Rock, Brooke Shields, Ashley Greene and Elijah Wood.

The cast will be joined onstage with special musical guests Andy Davis, a Nashville based singer who released his album Heartbreak Yellow in 2012, and Lindsey Ray, an eclectic singer and songwriter who wrote "Almost Home," which was performed by Mariah Carey and featured in the movie Oz, The Great and Powerful.
