Toni Morrell Salutes The Legendary Ladies Of The Screen And Stage 9/12 At The Grove

Remember the legendary ladies such as: Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Shirley Bassey, Carol Channing, Marlene Dietrich, and Lucille Ball? On September 12th, British Sensation, Toni Morrell salutes these ladies and others in her all new one-woman show. "Remembering the Ladies" is a Multi-Media Event that pays tribute to some of the most unforgettable ladies from stage, screen and television. She combines story, song and film clips to give the audience a remarkable night of memories they will never forget. Ms. Morrell has performed throughout the United States, Great Britain and Europe, starring on prime-time television in Italy and co-starring twice with Broadway legend Carol Channing. She recently became the worldwide voice-over spokesperson for the Pixar/Walt Disney motion picture, Tinker Bell.

"Remembering the Ladies" is Produced and Directed by Veteran Television Producer, Karen G. Cadle. Having gained recognition as a celebrity producer, Karen is most noted for her work with the Legends of the Entertainment World, and has produced and directed one-hour specials with such stars as: Audrey Hepburn, Sophia Loren, Doris Day, Bette Davis, Lana Turner, and ElizaBeth Taylor. Recently, Karen produced the stage event, "Razzle Dazzle" starring Carol Channing and Toni Morrell.

The Musical Director for "Remembering the Ladies" is award winning, multi-keyboard "wizard," David Dial. David has served as Musical Director and/or Technical Director for several Broadway musicals and worked with such headliners as Peter Allen, Burt Bacharach and Carol Channing.

The Performance is Saturday evening, September 12th, at 7:29. Tickets to see "Remembering the Ladies" are $25 and $20 for adults, and at $22 or $18 for seniors and students. Discounted tickets are only available by calling the Box Office.
