Currently celebrating its ninth hit year in New York, the show plays to sold out crowds and continues to tour internationally. The 2018 edition rotates new 'hot off the press' & hard-to-believe-they-wrote-em tell-alls with selections from Oprah, Celine Dion, Zayn, Britney Spears, David Hasselhoff, Ricky Martin, Elizabeth Taylor & more! Also featuring NEW mashups with the entire cast & multiple memoirs including Dueling Divas, a "must see" political mother/daughter duo and a special "Cookbook-N-Bake-Off" highlighting celeb-written cook books, recipes & more.
Created by Eugene Pack and developed by Pack & Dayle Reyfel, audiences at Celebrity Autobiography are treated to an entertaining evening of non-stop laughter as an eclectic mix of talented & hilarious performers act out classic excerpts from a range of celebrity tell-alls! This unique, no holds-barred show is unlike anything else. Making its first appearance at The Wallis, Celebrity Autobiography will be acted out live on stage by a starry cast of performers. The Sorting Room at the Lovelace Studio Theater, The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, 9390 N. Santa Monica Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The Sorting Room transforms the Lovelace Studio Theater into a nightclub space with "rustic elegance," with table seating at the center, as well as traditional seating in the room's perimeter. The room is named in honor of its original use as a mail sorting room during Hollywood's Golden Age. The summer of 2018 marks the second season of dynamic multidisciplinary performances in The Sorting Room.
