As a four-time Oscar nominated and GRAMMY®-award winning composer, Elfman is the mastermind behind some of the world's most memorable movie scores including Spider-Man, Milk, Midnight Run, and Mission: Impossible as well as such TV themes as The Simpsons and Desperate Housewives. His work with Burton on films like Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Batman, Big Fish, and Beetlejuice are among his most acclaimed. Elfman and Burton's instant film chemistry led them to a 25-year, 13-film collaboration when Elfman was pulled from his band Oingo Boingo to score Pee-Wee's Big Adventure in 1985. The magic formula most recently struck gold again with the release of the blockbuster Alice in Wonderland.

The Danny Elfman & Tim Burton 25th Anniversary Music Box is an extraordinary, limited-edition box set that collects expansions of the 13 original scores that Elfman has composed for Burton's iconic films: a newly produced library of 16 CDs each packaged with artwork by Burton, adding up to more than 19 hours of music. Additionally, the package contains a bonus DVD of a recent exclusive conversation between Elfman and Burton discussing every film and score in their remarkable quarter century collaboration. The first 1000 Special numbered edition boxes have already sold out online but unprecedented and beautiful package is ready for general sale at www.elfmanburton.com and at select retail outlets including the LACMA store in Los Angeles beginning May 24th. http://www.lacma.org/store.
