THE WOMEN All-Star Staged Reading Fundraiser Announced at Group Rep

Scott Thompson, Kathleen Delaney, and Tracy Powell in association with the Group Rep present an all-star staged reading of THE WOMEN, a comedy of manners written by Clare Boothe Luce, directed by Scott Thompson, as a fundraiser for D'Amor Center for Cancer Care and the Group Rep Theatre Company.

The cast features the talents of stage and screen stars Luann Aronson (Broadway Phantom of the Opera), Sarah Uriarte Berry (Broadway Les Miserables, originated 'Franca' role Light in the Piazza), Kathleen Delaney, Carolyn Hennesy (Emmy Nomination"General Hospital"; Master Class Garry Marshall Theatre), Paty Lombard (Jeff Award Winner), Tracy Ray Reynolds ( Disney's Beauty and the Beast 5-Star Theatricals Fred Kavli Theatre Thousand Oaks Civic Arts), Aubrey Trujillo-Scarr (Carmen at the Ford; Master Class Garry Marshall Theatre), Diane Vincent and Ruth Williamson ("Nip Tuck"; Broadway revivals Guys and Dolls and La Cage Aux Folles.), and Los Angeles favorites Kathleen Delaney, Tracy Powell, Bobbi Stamm, and Diane Vincent.

The Women Stage Reading is directed by Scott Thompson, who has won awards for his theatre work nation-wide, directing some of Broadway's brightest stars in a variety of productions such as Gypsy, On the Town, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Sugar, Dames at Sea, Jesus Christ Superstar, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, and The Music Man to name a few.
