In The In-Between, Los Angeles-based actor, writer and movement theater artist, Todd Larsen, weaves acting, movement and visual images into an intimate theater experience. The show has been described as "Cirque meets Chekov" and features Corporeal Movement created by Ettienne Decroux - an art form that rarely graces the LA stage, and has had a profound effect on actors such as Jessica Lange and Michael Serrault. Larsen's one-man show will be performed at The Art of Acting Studio with its opening night being April 2 and running through April 24. Tickets can be purchased at In-Between Ticket.

The In-Between explores turning a dream into a reality. The show examines what happens when the moments or "in-betweens" of one's life come together and create the "perfect time" to make his or her dreams come true. At each performance, the audience will witness first- hand the "perfect time" for Larsen, as they watch his creative, often joyful and funny, yet often painful journey, culminate into his own dream being realized.

The In-Between seeks to inspire others to do the same: to reach for their dreams. Larsen considers the space between the fingers of God and Man in Michelangelo's masterpiece "The Creation of Adam" on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. Many know that painting but, Todd asks, "why is there a space between the two fingers" and more importantly, "what must happen to bring them together?" The In-Between offers an answer to those questions.

The In-Between is created by Larsen and directed by Anthony Barnao as who's work the critics have called "masterful" and "flawless".

A portion of the proceeds from the In-Between will go to benefit "The Say It Forward Project", an organization dedicated to making artistic wishes come true for people who are struggling with life-challenging issues whether they be disabilities, financial hardship or life threatening conditions.

Ticket prices are $20 pre-sale, $25.00 at the door.

Opening night tickets are $50.00 and includes a VIP reception.
