That Perfect Moment, the new hit comedy by Charles Bartlett and Jack Cooper closes at the The Little Victory Theatre on January 17.

"The show was playing to sold out houses and audiences were loving it, but the theater we were in was no longer available," explains director Rick Sparks. "On top of that, it's set during the Christmas season, so we knew we had to find a way to keep it open."

It's holiday time, and life sucks for Mark Vanowen. He's just lost his temper, and with it his job, at the office Christmas party. Nothing ever seems to go right for him - not since that glorious day, 35 years ago, when his band triumphed in front of a crowd of adoring fans at the Venice Pavilion. Now, with the chance of a comeback looming in the air, he's assembled his former band-buddies for a seasonal party. Will the four aging boomers be able to recapture "that perfect moment," half a lifetime ago, when they were cool and their band was hot?

BroadwayWorld calls That Perfect Moment "A sweet, charming play...4 stars!" Agrees My Daily Find, "[It's] a sweet story [and] Rick Sparks directs with his usual stylish flare." The Santa Monica Daily Press found Bartlett and Cooper's bittersweet comedy to be "one of the best plays I've seen in a long while," while LA Splash says, "humorous and thought provoking...That Perfect Moment [is] perfect entertainment!"

The January 17 performance of That Perfect Moment will be at 3 pm. Tickets are $25.00; Seniors 65 and older receive $5.00 off the ticket price with the promo code SENIOR. The Little Victory Theatre is located at 3324 W. Victory Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505. For reservations and information, call 323-960-7745 or go to www.plays411.com/perfect.
