The SAN PEDRO FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS (formerly the SP TriArt Festival) is a free family event featuring dance, music, & crafts, this year on Sunday, September 17, 2017. This will be its 11th year.
Curated by Los Angeles Choreographers & Dancers, included are both professional and pre professional dance companies so they can share their work with each other and the community.
Check out the lineup below!
6:00 am- The 32 x 28 ft dance floor donated by Joseph Haik's office in Joe Buscaino, Los Angeles City Council Member District 15 is delivered. Come then and you might have an exclusive viewing.
8:00 am- The dance floor covering donated by Alvas is installed. You can still probably get a great seat!
9:00 am- Our sound donated by Peter Benjamins is arriving! Without this, it would be a very quiet festival.
10:15 am- Our dance companies start spacing and sound checking- pretty special for us. If you come then, you get a real inside view of what will come.
11:00 am- Crafted at the Port opens, and lots of arts can be viewed. Not sure when the food trucks arrive, but somewhere around then.
