The Group Rep at the Lonny Chapman Theatre is proud to present the acclaimed actress Salome Jens in her award-winning solo show "...about Anne" featuring the poetry of the legendary Anne Sexton.  The Special Two-Night Event runs Friday, November 19, and Saturday, November 20, at 8pm, followed by a Talkback with Ms. Jens, at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood.

"Poet Anne Sexton wrote about the stuff of life: marriage, children, parents, career, obsession, God and godliness.  Salome Jens lives brilliantly in the words and worlds Sexton created.  Jens is subtle as well as strong and moved the tormented soul "rowing toward God" to the artist who found Him and made Him in her own words."

"...about ANNE" has received awards and accolades from coast to coast and internationally as well.  The play was awarded both the L.A. Dramalogue Award and the Bay Area Critics Circle Award.
