About FRESH PRODUCE'd LA: We are a nonprofit organization provides a forum for up-and-coming playwrights. Founded in New York City in 2011, founder Riva Di Paola brought together actors and directors from the top theatre schools in the country to help fledgling writers develop original, experimental and new work. We unite playwrights, actors, and directors to bring the page to the stage through risk, growth, and play. During formatted breaks, the audience is urged to discuss the pieces with the artists involved and artists are encouraged to blend with other like-minded collaborators.
